If coming from the Dublin direction then leave the M7 at junction 17. Take N77 signposted Kilkenny/Abbeyleix (it will take 10 minutes to reach Abbeyleix). Drive straight through the town and carry on the N77 until you come to Durrow (another 10 minutes). From there you take the R639, Cullahill direction, driving straight through town, up the hill past the old Woodview restaurant, then down the other side and eventually taking the first turn on the left (L5754). I'm two minutes up the lane from here...


From Cork leave the M8 at junction 4, then at roundabout take 2nd exit, then at roundabout take 1st exit onto the R639 (signposted Kilkenny). At next roundabout take 1st exit onto the R639 signposted Johnstown. Drive on until you reach the village of Cullahill. Drive straight through, past the petrol station, then up the hill, past the post office and you will then need to take the 2nd turning on the right (L5754), approximately two minutes away.
