Managing our mental health has been paramount for us all in the upheaval of the past pandemic year so just thought I'd share some shots I did a while back for a wonderful Irish organisation called SHINE www.shine.ie.

I was really privileged to have been the photographer chosen to help tell the story of three extraordinary people Neill, Lyanne,  and Tim who shared their stories about their mental health and spoke of the help that SHINE provided. I was also blown away to find that I was included in the final edit of their stories.
Recovery is an individual experience. Shine are extraordinary in that they support each person to find their own way on that journey, both the individual with mental ill health and their families too.
